TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL RULES: The Promoter of this contest is “Reckitt Benckiser (India) Limited”, being an existing company within the meaning of the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 227, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, Okhla, New Delhi - 110020.

Promotion is open only to Indian citizens and persons residing in India only, who is above 18 years of age.

Incorrect and/ or incomplete entries shall be disqualified.

By participating in this contest, the participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Judge. The Promoter reserves its right to amend these Rules or withdraw the contest at anytime without notice. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

All contest entries, once submitted, becomes the property of the Promoter.

Prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be taken in cash equivalent. However, the Promoter reserves its right to substitute Prize or elements of Prize with alternatives of equal value. Equivalent value shall be decided at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

Acceptance of the screen test/ Prize constitutes permission to the Promoter and its agencies to use participants’ names, personal particulars and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade including the advertisement without further compensation. Furthermore, it may be required to provide photograph of the shortlisted participant for use in the advertising material. Participants agree to provide the same and also agree to the airing in such manner as the Promoter may deem fit on any of the media vehicles.

Shortlisted participants assume liability for any injury or damage that may be caused by participation in this contest. The Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their employees/families are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim by or to any shortlisted participant in connection with this contest.

All applicable taxes, levies, insurance, registration and other charges on Prize shall be the responsibility of the Winner.

The Promoter is not responsible for mail garbled.

All promotional materials, including details on TVCs or other promotional material form part of these Rules.

All disputes in regard to this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi alone.
